Shipping policy

Because our drops feature highly exclusive, limited-run underground apparel, we utilize strict shipping and processing guidelines. By finalizing your order, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

1. Processing & Dispatch Times
Standard Stock Drops: Please allow 2–5 business days for our team to pack and dispatch your order from our facility.
Pre-Order / Custom Drops: If an item is listed as a "Pre-Order" or "Made to Order," specific production and dispatch windows will be clearly stated on the product page. These timelines are estimates and can fluctuate depending on manufacturing queues.
Tracking: The moment your package is scanned by our carrier, an automated email/SMS containing your tracking number will be sent to the contact info provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update.
2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship nationwide using Australia Post and reliable domestic couriers.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch (longer for rural or remote areas).
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Please note: Selecting Express Shipping speeds up the transit time with the courier, but standard warehouse processing/handling times still apply.
3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide to ensure the collective is global.
International orders are shipped via Australia Post International or DHL Express. Delivery windows vary widely by destination (typically 7–21 business days for standard international).
Import Duties & Taxes: All international shipments may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your country’s government. DGZR COLLECTIVE is not responsible for these charges. They are the sole financial responsibility of the buyer. If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected customs fees, your shipping costs will not be refunded, and any return-to-sender fees incurred will be deducted from your store credit.
4. Transfer of Risk & Lost/Stolen Packages
Pursuant to Australian shipping standards, all orders are shipped under a shipment contract. This means that the legal risk of loss, damage, and title for the goods passes to you the moment we hand the package over to the shipping carrier.
Stolen Packages (Porch Piracy): If a package is officially marked as "Delivered" by the carrier's tracking data but you cannot locate it, DGZR COLLECTIVE is not liable for replacement or refund. We highly recommend monitoring your tracking links and ensuring someone is present at your designated delivery address.
Incorrect Addresses: It is the buyer’s absolute responsibility to double-check their shipping address at checkout. If a package is lost, misdelivered, or returned to sender due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by you, the customer must cover any additional shipping fees to re-send the items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged in Transit
If your packaging arrives completely destroyed and the apparel inside is damaged, you must document the unopened package with photos immediately and contact our support team at [Your Support Email Here] within 48 hours of delivery so we can lodge a formal investigation and claim with the shipping carrier.
