At DGZR COLLECTIVE, we curate and deliver premium, heavy-engineered underground apparel. Because our drops are highly exclusive and strictly limited, we enforce a strict return policy to protect the collective and our stock availability.
Please read the terms below carefully before finalizing your order.
1. Change of Mind & Sizing
Strict Policy: We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or ordering the incorrect size.
Check the Charts: All product pages feature detailed sizing guides. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review these measurements before purchasing. Once an order is processed, it cannot be altered or refunded due to sizing mistakes.
2. Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of quality.
A major failure occurs if the item:
Has a serious manufacturing defect that makes it unsafe or unwearable.
Is vastly different from the description or digital product images displayed on our store.
Is completely unfit for its intended purpose and cannot be easily fixed.
For minor failures (e.g., a loose loose thread or easily fixable alignment issue), we reserve the right to offer a free repair or a replacement instead of a refund, at our sole discretion.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe your item has arrived with a genuine manufacturing defect:
You must notify our support team via email at [Your Support Email Here] within 7 days of the tracking delivery date.
Your email must include your order number, a clear description of the fault, and high-resolution photos/videos showing the issue clearly.
Wear and tear from standard use, intentional damage, laundering mishaps, or misuse of the garment on your part does not constitute a manufacturing fault and will not be compensated.
4. Return Process & Shipping Costs
If a return is authorized by our team due to a genuine ACL fault, the item must be sent back unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items returning with signs of wear, smoke/vape odor, or deodorant marks will be rejected.
For approved faulty returns, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
Any unauthorized returns sent to our facility without prior written approval from our team will be refused or returned to sender at the customer's expense.
5. Sale & Clearance Items
Items purchased during promotional sales, flash drops, or from a clearance section are strictly Final Sale. They cannot be returned for store credit or exchanged under any circumstances, except where required by the ACL.
